With unwavering dedication and a strategic mindset, I continuously contribute to the growth and success of our brand in the dynamic and competitive marketing landscape.
As the Head of SMB for ServiceCentral, my principal responsibility was ensuring the health of the SMB division. This involved leading cross-functional teams in achieving data driven business goals through guiding marketing strategy, market research, competitor analysis, product roadmaps, internal workflows, and sales enablement. I placed significant emphasis on maintaining a seamless customer journey, overseeing the SMB channel’s well-being, and handling customer success.

Encre Photography
Where to Begin...
Encre Photography was a passion company for 10 years. Starting with wedding photography, my style expanded to work within multiple industries from maternity to commercial, and everything in-between.
While I photographed internationally, I was voted as one of the top 3 photographers in Oklahoma several years in a row.
My work was published in papers, websites, and magazines.
While running Encre Photography I quickly realized I needed to be able to do more than just take pictures. Creating websites, designing logos, making marketing material, training material and so much more was part of my daily job.
Over the next 10 years, I began to expand out of just Photoshop and onto the full creative suite. One of my certifications is in Adobe Creative Suite for Teams. Through learning all of these new software tools I started to develop creative material for other local businesses. Guiding other businesses to success is truly a joy of mine.
My background with Encre Photography really encompassed the use of both creative and business tools together. Creating content then using it strategically with marketing and CRM software to draw in new clients and maintain ongoing business relations.

Working at RepairQ had me wearing multiple hats. Not only did I handle sales, I was the CRM admin, sales trainer, and videographer.
Close rate was 31% of all web traffic and 84% of all created leads.
